Genesis is a luxury car. Had a Chevrolet experience! No concierge service of picking up the vehicle and getting loaner car while servicing. Told by Concierge representative that there would be a loaner car. There was none! Having to wait in a full waiting room with limited amenities ie. Filtered water and coffee with instant creamer is not what I would call a ‘luxury experience’!!!
