Much better than my last service visit, six months ago it was a disaster. Glad someone was present in the drive up, came immediately to me and my car, checked me in and walked me to the service advisor. And of course, happy to see that service advisors were there. My car was there for almost 6 hours, which seemed too long.

The buying experience was great and we liked both Ray and Jorge a lot. However at the last minute Jorge sold us the ResistAll package. The truck was already sitting outside the door which we could plainly see so we know the coating had not been applied. I have emailed both to see how we get the ResistAll applied on the new vehicle and neither have replied.

It was amazing! They sent me in an Uber home for my convenience which was amazing, loved the free coffee in the waiting room

Very pleasant and flexible approach No high pressure sales or other irritating tactics. Dave made sure that we were completely satisfied with our selection. Once the sale was completed, he took his time explaining all the features of the new vehicle before we left the dealer.

It was great. The sales person Taz and the finance people Julian and Caleb stayed late to assist us!
