Always amazing

Michael McCallon (my sales person) was outstanding. We tried for almost a week trying to located a Fort Myers car dealer that would treat us fairly (We lost 3 cars due to Ian). Michael did a lot of legwork for us and found me a great car. It was worth the 2 hour and 30 min drive to Tampa. Everyone we dealt with was great.

Purchased vehicle in September, but with the hurricane hitting, I was delayed in ability to pick vehicle up. Mino and staff took care of the vehicle until I could get it.

Everything Done to my vehicle was fine my main issue was the lack of communication. No one ever called me and let me know what was going on the 2 and a half weeks me car was gone. I even had to call to find out it was done so I don't know how long it may have been sitting there finished without me knowing.

It was a pleasant experience, Carlos is a pleasant, knowledgeable, salesman who knows his product and how to present it. He asked valid questions about why I was looking a new vehicle and then showed me a vehicle that fit my criteria.

I dropped off my daughter's car because she was saying the notification lights were malfunctioning. After inspecting the vehicle, there was nothing wrong at all, it was simply operator error (and a little air in the tires were needed). The mechanic and advisor were understanding and kind and did not charge us for the inspection.
