My experience was pleasant but it could have been a bit better. Bottom Line Up Front: My 1.4-year-old battery on my new car died (badly). After getting the free mobile service to jump-start my car, I was shown that it had 3.1 volts and 75 amps (it's supposed to be around 12.X V and 800 CCCA. Once jumped, I drove it around for +50 minutes and had it checked by Autozone (which showed driving it did nothing). Upon shutting the car off, it died. The next morning, another AAA response unit jump-started my car, the courteous rep showed me my battery was "way dead" so I took it to the dealership (similar output compared to day 1). Three professionals told me that my battery needed replacing. Without any communication whatsoever, I waited at the dealership for what I would guess to be 4+ hours. Only then, when the dealership was closing did I learn that my battery was fine. Because it had been trickle charged for 4 hours. I was told my warranty was worthless (my words) BUT I could have purchased a new battery for $500. So the bottom line is, I accepted that it was a good battery and it just took 5 hours to charge. I'm not greedy. And so far so good. Didn't spend $500, and after 4 days, it appears the Service Writer was correct. I just wished there was some communication to inform me what was the troubleshooting process.

My experience was comfortable. My son, husband and I had ample space to wait. Plenty of delicious coffee. Complementary Wi-FI was a life saver for my 7 year old. We did not have to wait too long. I was able to leave and go shopping and return smoothly. My advisor was very Courteous :) and even stayed in contact via text! That was amazing alone. Such a huge change from my first maintenance visit before.

I really enjoyed my experience with Michael and Carl. Michael was very friendly and professional. He spent his time and effort to find what we wanted and showed me all the details to make me drive a new car comfortably. I highly recommend Michael and Tampa Genesis. There was no hidden fee or premium as well.
