I rate my experience based I came in with a vehicle with a dead battery Ethan help me out by getting me an uber to and from work . I was so happy I did not have to miss work and he got me right in with my car.

Derek the finance person was very nice and helpful also to get us the right loans with the best interest rates. Jessica Alonso was really super getting the registration completed with NY DMV. I am so grateful we went there for our car purchases.

Nelson was a pleasure to work with. When I contacted Courtesy Hyundai by phone, Nelson was the person I spoke with. The car we were interested in was scheduled to arrive at a later date and Nelson said we were first on the list when it arrived. He provided constant updates via text and let us know the day prior to arrival so we could have everything in order. When we arrived at the dealership, we were able to complete the purchase of the vehicle in minimal time. We also enjoyed meeting with Jose in the management department as well as Caleb in finance department. The staff is professional, organized, and treats customers with respect. By far, the best car buying experience we have ever had.
