Leasing experience was first class from beginning

Initially we had beyond the WORST experience with Ben Rivera. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. But then Jeffery took over our paperwork and was the complete opposite! He was one the the nicest people we have ever encountered at the dealership. Not only was he very honest, helpful and courteous, but he went above and beyond in hopes to salvage the horrific experience that Ben Rivera put us through. Hyundai undoubtedly needs more people like Jeffery! He gets everything done in a professional and timely manner. Above all, 10/10 customer service experience! Thank you Jeffery keep up the good work!!

The customer service was excellent!

Salesman Carlos Ventura was excellent and extremely personable. However, your finance department leaves a lot to desire. We were never asked if we wanted 60 or 72 month financing. His only concern was to sell us an additional warranty. He continued to bagger us thru the entire process. I would give Carlos a 5 star and finance a 1 star. I had to ask Carlos to send us copies of paper work.the next day. Since we walked away with only the sales contract. It was late in the evening so we were exhausted. I would warn anyone about this process. Total turnoff and not fair to the sales personnel who did good job.
