I had my car serviced at Courtesy Hyundai. There were several things that needed to be addressed. The Service Department was excellent and diagnosed and repaired the problems. Ethan Clark was my Service Consultant. Ethan was great. He addressed all the areas of concern and kept me posted. He is very knowledgeable,courteous,and has excellent skills in communicating with customers. Diagnosing, fixing the problems, and waiting on a part, took a few visits, so the Service Departments' phone staff, including Liz, Alexis, and Stephanie, also assisted me several times. Their customer service skills were excellent and they were a huge help. Thank you to the Courtesy Hyundai Service Department for doing an outstanding job on my repairs.
