The service advisor was very professional however, waiting hours for an oil change is ridiculous. In addition, my Bluetooth and the portal are not working as designed and your tech continued to claim their unable to find the problem, I’m they even checking.

Neilson was excellent to work with. The finance gentleman must need a day off as he was short, a bit unfriendly with no sense of humor!

Arrived at 9:00 am and was directed to Ben as my service agent. Ben explained what needed to be done and suggested an alignment because I will be traveling. Ben arranged for a shuttle to take me home and bring me back to the dealership when my car was ready. I really appreciated this service. Ben did a great job and my car is running great!
