The staff was great and friendly. Just need for the team to better explain final numbers. After all the talking the numbers were not what i expected. The final cost was higher than i planned.

We had a good experience buying the G70. It was all very timely until we had to wait for finance, but there were like 20 people who bought cars at the same time and I guess you guys were short staffed as well, so no biggie. I’d say the number one thing I’d recommend is hiring more finance people and streamlining that process as much as you can. I will happily come back but that is definitely something pretty much ever single brick and mortar dealership could improve on. Everyone, but especially Karl and Jorge were excellent to work with. I got the car I’ve been wanting at MSRP, so all in all I’m super happy.

My sales people were Taz and Matt. They were extremely attentive and never failed to communicate. My purchase stretched over a few days due to the vehicle not being at the dealership at first contact. When the vehicle became available a deal was agreed upon and the vehicle was brought to service for misc. mechanical inspections and any necessary repairs. My sales force kept in contact and Thor also became a friendly assistance securing my confidence. Everyone in sales went above and beyond to make my experience a positive memory. Thank you all.

While your service department personnel does outstanding service there needs to be a better effort to provide free snacks to waiting customers like some of the other dealerships in the area (i.e. Sodas, snacks).

After some previous very bad experiences when going to this dealer for service i finally was able to have a good experience. I did have to go in the day before my appointment to make sure they had the part that was recalled so as not to waste my time on day of appt.. The reason i had to go in was no one would answer the phone at dealership after numerous hours calling. So back to this appt., it was a recall for my vehicle, i went in at my time, was taken care of, advised of some other services that were available for my vehicle and within i would say an hour i was back on the road.

only reason it would be a 4 is because of the wait time when purchasing the vehicle. it was 7 hours that we waited before we signed and drove off. i would expect 3-4 hours, but not 7. all other experience was good.
