Nelson and Caleb were fantastic, very easy to work with. The receptionist lady up front, whose name I did not catch, was not helpful. Walked in and informed her who I was there to see.. she then promptly walked away and did not return until I had left the desk. It was clear she did not attempt to connect me to anybody, just walked away. Not a great first impression, but otherwise a great buying experience.

I was there for 3 hours, didn't know if it would take that long. I had an appointment and I was there on time and I only needed an oil change and a tire rotation but there was a recall on my vehicle involving a plastic piece which wasn't really explain but so that was taken care of but still it took 3 hours so I understand about their recall and I'll know better next time that I get an oil change that's going to take that long hopefully I can arrange someone to pick me up

I went in for routine maintenance and for recall replacement of the ABS module due to fire risk. Maintenance was reasonably quick, considering they found the throttle assembly should be replaced; which I agreed to. Ian, my new service advisor was courteous and kept me updated on progress.
