My experience was pleasant.

Staff very polite and my service was done fast even with me dropping my car off early.

Service Advisor Rolando took the time to focus on my needs. He recommeded a transmission service which was necessary and I did it. On pickup, Rolando was busy but the advisor staff acted as a team and another advisor stepped up to check me out. Great set of fine service advisors.

Customer service timeliness of the visit was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My complaint was that in my online service request I clearly stated my need for transportation to and from the dealership. I did receive transportation home and when I requested a ride to pick up my vehicle I was told the dealership did not provide for transportation back. This was never communicated to me and should have been clearly stated up front. Very disappointing.
