Jef is always First Class First Rate. Always reliable. My wait was just one hour and thirty minutes for an oil change. if that can be cut back to an hour would be great.

Was less than impressed with the explanation of registration expenses. We needed to register in VT so we were charged a great deal more than the actual VT fees with the explanation that any overage would be sent to us. Nearly two months later nothing has been returned to us.Regarding pricing for the vehicle, we understand the problem with availability and respect the fact that you are selling at MSRP plus the $799( pure profit) administrative fee. That said, waiting patiently for a check to compensate for what we overpaid to Vt DMV.
