Both service manager and service specialist were friendly and when out of their way to help me.

I have been searching the nation aggressively for almost a month to find a fitting deal. Boy did I strike both gold and oil!!! Michael was straightforward, accommodating, and super patient to make my decision easy. Mr. Guzman took the time to fully explain all questions I had and made the finalization process streamlined. ZERO hassles... ZERO headaches... the polar opposite of all other dealerships I have encountered. I will always refer anyone I care for tostart here, with these guys, and I bet they will walk away happy. Preferably with a new car but happy nonetheless.

The process was quite daunting with the supply chain problems and inventory shortages. I so appreciate Lazaro and his continued support of my needs and finally I was able to make a purchase. I didn't get my dream color but I know the Adriatic blue will be fine. My pearl white Genesis sedan will look stunning beside its blue brother.

Long wait for service. Let dealership after service and a day later to lower air pressure light is back on for tire pressure. Unfortunately unable to get to dealership to correct again
