Service I have received was great and rep was professional. However, I have give a 4 out 5 stars due to the time it took for car to get started on. I had a 7:20am appt( was on time) but my car was not taken back until 1 hr later.

In my view, you need more help just to answer the phone or msg traffic. The advisers do a great job when you can reach then, but more phone help is required to make a service appointments and to direct calls to determine work is completed.

The service man was professional and courteous. My car was ready when promised.

On the day of my visit I got a simple oil change. When my car was ready and I was just about to pay I realized that I didn't have my wallet. The service guy that helped me actually paid for my service!
