Our experience was very good. Our sales person Karl, worked hard over several weeks to obtain the new car we were interested in. He went above and beyond by driving 4 hours to pick up the car for us. We had visited multiple dealers looking for our car and many salespeople had little knowledge or follow up. Additionally, the car was not marked up (common practice at other dealers) and they did not add a lot of junk fees.
