Having owned Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus , and Porsche automobiles, I have encountered and experienced numerous and various Service Departments at area dealerships; and my favorite is Hyundai in all respects. Ariel, my Service Advisor, is one of the very best in this important position of responsibility.

Service was completed in a timely manner. No complaints.

Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They always take care of me. The wait is a little long but it is worth it. Oh, and this time I put an appointment in but I guess I did it wrong so it didn't show on their end. They weren't going to take me but I begged and explained what I had to do after I left. So they fit me in. From now on though I will have an appt. They are no longer taking walk-ins.

Everything was handled rapidly and to my satisfaction.
