There always seems to be difficulty in getting an available advisor. Every time I walk in no one acknowledges that someone will be with me. Then when someone does acknowledge me it is still a wait for someone to get me going. Needs a better system when you walk in like someone either directs them to an advisor. Besides that the service was great and not too long of a wait after you give them the car.

As you know, I have used Hyundai service because they are cordial and competent. They even told me the fixed the clip holding the fender together but it must have popped off because it is still loose. I told them I would have this looked at while doing an oil change or a safety recall. I live in Hudson now so it is not like I could just run over like I used to when only a few miles from you in Tampa.
