I made an appointment online for scheduled service under the warranty. When I got there, I was assisted quickly. My service advisor was courteous and prompt. Everything was done sooner than expected. It was all a very easy and painless process.

We were on a planned day journey leaving Tampa when we encountered difficulty with our right front tire. Courtesy Hyundai, where we had purchased our Elantra, immediately squeezed us in, replaced the tire which had been ruined by a nail near the side wall, and got us back on our journey in amazing time!

We had a good experience with our purchase but we were not informed some details about the quotation and it was a surprise when we saw the actual invoice. I would appreciate if the terms are also details when presenting the quote. It will be misleading the customer if all the terms are not presented.

I recently purchased a Tuscon from Courtesy Hyundai. I was set on getting a hybrid due to gas prices but the inventory of hybrids is extremely tight. I was in need of a car immediately. My salesperson, Dave Grenke, demonstrated the benefits on the regular Tuscon, and based on how I use my car, that was actually a better option. I was able to get exactly the car I wanted at a fair price. Dave also made sure I knew how to use the multiple features of this car so that I was benefitting from all of the bells and whistles. He was extremely professional and will be referring others to him.

I made an appointment for my new 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and dropped it off at Courtesy Hyundai at 10:40 AM with Jeffrey Martinez for a 6,000 miles check up. I received a call at 12:30 PM from Jeffrey to let me know my car was ready. I received an oil and filter change with a tire rotation and a complimentary multi point inspection at no charge.
