Everthing good except wait time for service rep too long. Too many appointments at the same time

I bought a car and the sales person himself was great but the process needs a lot of improvement. After we agreed to purchase we waited an addition 4+ hours for our turn to go into finance. There were 3 finance people there but 2 decided to go home while we were still waiting. Also we saw people who agreed to buy after us go in before us. Finance is 1 star. He also lied because he sold us the prepaid maintenance (which I'm cancelling) stating it covers the 15k, 30k etc. maintenance but I checked with Service and they said it doesn’t. The salesman is 4 stars. Im not hitting him for Finance’s shortcomings.
