Friendly professional service

the sales person (Tyler Lane) and financial person explained all necessary things that pertained to me. there was no pressure in the sale of the vehicle, upon test driving the vehicle was a good feeling

Wait time was extremely long for an oil change almost 4 hours. I gave a 5 only because my adviser Ariel was really friendly and kept me informed when I asked about my car.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff The process took a very long time Process could have been a little more transparent with the contract shown earlier (not at the end) and the total months 60 not 72 clearly explained to the warranty representative. He ended up getting the rate we wanted but with an extended time period when this is not at all what we wanted. Unfortunate that we had to go through this again after hours of back and forth. I liked the coffee but there should be some snacks also. I'm not saying this as an entitled thing but I was feeling faint without any sustenance having been at the dealership from around 10 am until 2:30 pm. Something to consider.
