It took 2 hours to meet with a sales associate, talk about what I was interested in looking for, test drive , negotiate my trade, and agree on purchase price, Then I sat around another hour plus before I could meet with the Finance department and complete the paperwork. (Although the Finance gentleman was very pleasant and professional). Total time was 4 hours. I only wish you had more resources available to support the sales so that I could rate the total experience 5 stars.
