Took my vehicle in for a problem that occurred on a wkend. Ben Rivera who was my Service Advisor managed to get my vehicle in right away for a diagnosis. Although it would take time til my vehicle would be ready I was updated accordingly about the ongoing status and thankfully was provided a loaner for the time being which was very much appreciated. All in all I was very satisfied with the service I received at Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa.

Ariel was and always has been my service person and he greets every customer with a smile and he always goes an extra mile to make sure all our needs are met. My next car will be a Hyundai because I want Ariel as my service representative Thank you Ariel
