Worked with Caleb to purchase a new 2021 Palisade. Great communication before and after the purchase. Always took the time to answer any questions I had. A pleasure to work with.

Staff has always tried to be helpful. Over the last three visits, I have reported two reoccurring issues. 1. The passenger side rear view mirror intermittently will not return to its original position; 2. The driver seat intermittently does not go back to let driver out nor will it let you move it back - only forward. I have had to bring it out between visits to have them make an adjustment which worked for a while. However when the insurance company comes to approve the repairs, everything seems to be working?

The reservation for my Hyundai was made at the Nissan dealer which I have never visited. Fortunately they had an opening at the Hyundai service area. My only complaint, quite frankly, was that half of the service reps had their masks below their noses. As a man in a risk group I found that a little unsettling.
