His phone calls were timely and not annoying...Roberto was very knowledgeable of the Hyundai family of cars which was great since we were not sure which SUV we wanted to buy. Roberto was very professional and helpful. He metered our expectations while going through the process so we always knew what was going on even while we were waiting during the whole process. Roberto and Jhoun at finance answered all our questions and ensured we understood everything before we signed anything. Excellent service

Wait time was a bit long, but the mechanic was thorough and the associate assisting was informative. However, I mentioned problems with the a/c fan and they could not identify an issue, after traveling to Ohio and still having issues, it was discovered I needed a new blower motor. Not sure whether this could have been identified upon inspection, but that would be my only issue with the service. Thank you!
