I never have any problems when I come in for service. I always make an appointment just the way I like to do things. Yariel was very nice and helpful. This is the only place I will take my Kona for service. Thank you

Ben Rivera was great to work with. He was very informative and helpful and deserves five stars. The four star rating is because there are no protective shields in the service department. There was no way to do any social distancing at all.

Made an appointment with Ariel Barrientos. He's very professional, down to earth, and takes care of business. Sent me a text letting me know that if I needed anything to text him. Waited 45 minutes for the oil change and I was off and running.
