I received exceptional service at Courtesy Hyundai. My A/C blower had stopped working and as it was Saturday and the part wouldn't be in until the following week, they gave me a loaner car to drive

I wasn't to happy after making an appointment for 8am, for a oil change. I still had a 2 hour wait. Management is booking to many appointment for one time space.

Overall excellent, however there was some confusion when I went to pick up the car as to if it was finished because there were duplicate work orders.

I had an appointment and felt like I was in and out in a fair time. I did notice that nothing extra was done, such as tire check, car wash etc. Guess the pandemic has changed many things.

Great service from the first step to the last step. My Salesman David Grenke provided my with excellent service without being pushy. I received everything I asked for kudos to all the managers involved. Additionally, the Services Depart at courtesy Hyundai is the best in the business.
