I travel from far away to have my vehicle serviced at Courtesy Hyundai. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased there. My service rep is Ben Rivera and he is an awesome person. He has been my rep for a number of years now and knows how to take care of me and my 2020 Santa Fe. Thank You Ben

My car had an appt on Friday morning. The dealership was busy, which is a good thing. I told my service tech I would be waiting and he told me how long and on the dot, he came and got me and my car was ready. They keep you updated if there is anything else needed or suggested. This was my first trip in for this car. It's a 2020. But it's my 2nd car for this dealership. Seeing how many people were there when I got there, you could use an extra person standing and checking you in. It wasn't clear who had been helped or who was waiting. An extra person could alleviate the confusion.

Professional service advisors! I went on a Monday early. They had to keep my car overnight to get recall parts. All was well done apparently. They kept in communication by text the whole time. I was never in doubt as to status.
