Ben was courteous and provided updates on my car while it was being serviced. If I return to the dealership for any reason I will be requesting to speak and deal with Ben. I was in for a recall on the clock spring and a software update on my 2012 Elantra. When I left and accelerated to get on S. Dale Mabry an alarming amount of smoke came from car. No warning lights came on so I kept driving. The smoke eventually lessened and quit. I haven't encountered any smoke from my car since. I figured it was oil or something from work being done on my car or possibly from the car wash and vacuuming?

Ben took very good care of me (again). He made sure I had transportation to and from the shop while the service work was being done and he resolved my car issues on time (again).
