I appreciated everyone wearing masks inside the building, including sales staff and customers. While it took more than two hours for an oil change and a general checkup, an A/C check, and to see about fixing a broken cup holder, I still had a nice experience because the waiting area is comfortable and it's not so loud that I can't read my book.

My wait time was shorter than expected. Love the car report sent directly to my phone and my ability to approve or decline the additional recommended services.

The service department was backed up and it did take quite a long time to get my G70s oil changed BUT the service personal who assisted me kept me updated on the status of my work. They were also understaffed so a longer wait was understandable.

I made an appt. concerning a recall item when they sent me a notice. The service dept. was very helpful when we arrived . There were additional issues that needed to be fixed. They gave us a loaner car, which helped since I am immune compromised due to cancer. The loaner might have been needed if an emergency occurred while they had my car. Thank you for fixing all the issues. It was an amazing and positive experience.
