The individual who assisted me in purchasing my car always is very professional very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle would best fit my needs. He was very thorough and showing me how to use all of the option that the vehicle has to offer. The individual who helped us in the financial office was very helpful as well and made us Feel comfortable in the entire process. This is my fourth vehicle from ?courtesey Hyundai, I will purchase my next vehicle with you all that is for sure. I work for a luxury brand, a French company that highly believes that client services and creating relationships is key. I have definitely found two new individuals at courtesy Hyundai who have made my day.

Great location and staff

First time getting my car serviced here and I was a little nervous. I’m not a Florida native however The staff here are very professional and super friendly. Warren was sales rep who helped me and he really exceeded my expectations for customer service. I had a few issues with my vehicle that wasn’t in my budget to get fixed all at once. After making phone calls he came back to explain the best price Hyundai can give me, which was AMAZING like seriously. The service was quick and my car came back vacuumed and washed.!!! Thanks!!

The young lady who checked me out was super helpful and friendly Kathleen. However after leaving I realized my plastic matt was missing that goes over my floor covers. Must have been removed for vacuum and not returned. Also I sat near the sales area at the back so I could social distance while waiting and I was subjected to a lot of howl language inappropriate around families.

Service was quick and fast for the amount of work done. Everyone was pleasant and made sure we received the best service for a reasonable price and even gave us a discount.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They made the process so easy by bringing the SUV to our house and completing all paperwork online and by phone.
