180 degrees better than my experience at the Brandon location, which is closer to me in distance. Service writer Ben was fantastic, and a great ambassador for the dealership. The communication via text, with regard to the technical reports and service work authorizations was a welcome change, and made the entire thing seem more efficient and a time saver for me. Very positive! General Manager Jose has a great team there! Thanks, and we will be back!
