My only complaint would be about the online scheduling system. I successfully made an appointment online and quickly received a message stating that I’d be contacted by a service technician. No one contacted me, and my appointment was not honored.

Had a great experience with Carter, no pressure and made the process very easy.

What I loved about Courtesy Hyundai is we could look around the lot without being pestered by sales reps like other Hyundai dealerships do. I didn't feel pressure nor felt like I was being followed while I shopped. When I was ready, Walter gracefully approached us and was able to help us with our many questions. He was very professional and polite and helpful in getting us into our new Hyundai SUV. We appreciated all the help we received during the sales thru the financing folks. It was a great experience for us all around and we Thank YOU ALL!
