The service rep Ben was awesome. He is always attentive and trying to go the extra mile to make the customers happy. Recommend everyone use him going forward.

Our Service Advisor, Kathleen Caines, and she was fabulous! Very thorough and explained everything and why it was needed. She made sure my concerns were addressed and took care of them. I live 1.5 miles from New Port Richey Hyundai but I drive the 45 mins to take it to Tampa because the service crew is Phenomenal!!!

My experience at courtesy is always professional. Whenever I bring my car for service I trust the team and get great results. Sometimes I get scared to bring the car but only because I dont want there to be something wrong with it that can't be fixed, love my car and love this place. Trustworthy and great service.
