I use Courtesy Hyundai for all my service needs. I deal with Ben and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. He has always helped me with my Santa Fe and will always be my go to person when I have issues or need maintenance on any of my vehicles, which are all Hyundais. I drive all the way from Riverview to have him work on my cars, because I dont trust any other service facility. Thank you Ben for your outstanding service!

This place is awesome. I've never waited more than one hour for anything. The service is quick and to the point. They ask to include services that aren't why you are visiting but its all part of keeping your vehicle up to date.

Arielle was phenomenal. Really enjoyed working with her on picking out my next vehicle. The whole process for shopping for a new car whether you are buying or leasing is extremely tedious and never short of frustrating. However, she made it as smooth as possible. Our finance person, Mo, was by fantastic! He was efficient, fast, and extremely knowledgable. Overall, was very impressed and know I got lucky working with these two great people. However, the reason why I am unable to give a 5 star rating and only a 4 is the fact that we agreed on a few terms but when back in finance with Mo, he said none of the paper stated any of it and some one of the agreements was not possible and explained why, which made sense but was not at all what was discussed during the negotiation process. Furthermore, some items were fixed but others were mistold.
