I would like to compliment one of your Service Advisors, Ben Rivera for the outstanding service he provided me during my recent visit to your Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa dealership on 10/1/19. I initially spoke to him by phone a few days prior, explaining the issue my car was having. He listened and asked me alot of questions and seemed genuinely concerned. He scheduled my appointment and even remembered our conversation when I brought it in for diagnosis. The service area was very organized, neat and clean. All of the staff were smiling and looking very professional while assisting their customers. Through out the day Ben kept in touch with me with phone calls and text alerts keeping me informed on the status of the issue and what needed to be done. I had a nonrelated question that I needed to ask a business manager. Ben personally walked me over to get coffee and made sure that I spoke to an available business manager which was Timothy Fitzgerald. After meeting with Timothy (who was also extremely very helpful), I went back to Ben’s station. He quickly introduced me to the driver who was standing nearby. The driver was very friendly and professional while taking me to work. As promised, I received a call from Ben when the repair work was completed. Once I arrived back to the service area Ben made sure the car was washed and vacuumed as I had requested. I even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. For the past 3 years I have been pleased with my routine visits to your dealership. However, Ben Rivera’s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of my issue(s) exceeded my expectations.
