Everything that was urgent for repair was completed. Kathleen Caines is my service representative, and since my car was needed for the full day for repairs, she provided a rental car at no cost to me. Thank you so much for the great service.

I have exclusively had my car serviced here and have been completely satisfied with all of my service needs. If there were any problems, they were addressed immediately by the staff and/or Service Manager, and resulted in an acceptable solution.

Kathleen was great as always but a 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is just insane. Normally I just drop my car off and come back but was unable to do that this time and it was awful having to wait so long
