I always have a good experience at Courtesy Hyundai. I bought my 2007 Santa Fe there and still have it serviced there. Ben Rivera is the man, he's been taking care of me and my SUV for over 3 years now. Thank you Ben.

I thought Courtesy Hyundai did a great job changing the oil and installing new windshield wipers. In addition, they washed and vacuumed the front and back seat areas and I thank them for that. I thought my rep, Jeff, also was very friendly, courteous, and professional and also deserved the highest possible rating. That being said, I do have two comments about Courtesy Hyundai service. First is the charge for shop supplies at 11% of the bill is ridiculous!! I was willing to bite the bullet and accepted 3 % in the past but this 11% will make me look much more seriously at utilizing a local shop rather that Courtesy Hyundai for future minor scheduled maintenance. Second, during the visit I was told that the cooling system should be flushed and new coolant added since the car had 81,000 miles on it. I said it could wait until the next oil change and when I got home, I checked my records that verified the coolant system had been flushed and replaced by a local car garage on 9/20/2018 with the mileage at 70,423. I don’t know if Courtesy was just going by the mileage on the car or actually checked the color and characteristics of the coolant but it does make me wonder about “Suggestions on needed services”. They did say the cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced and I agreed although I have done that myself at home. Again, Courtesy Hyundai does an excellent job of servicing my 2013 Santa Fe and I am very satisfied with the work they did and service they performed. I purchased my car there and I have always taken my car there for the majority of its maintenance needs.
