We had a great experience. Lamar was so helpful and found the vehicle we were looking for around the price we were looking to spend . He had a lot of patience and we never felt pressured or rushed . He is a great person!

I was very satisfied with experience that I had this is my second time coming there the service advisor was very pleasant and seem to know what he was talking about the only thing that I didn’t like was that I was told I needed another filter which they told me the last time I was in there for an oil change that I needed one and I put a new one in a few months ago Which I do not need at this time I went and bought my own for $20 and you people tried to charge me $70 Well As far as Hyundai goes air filters don’t need to be changed but every 70,000 miles I only have 17,000 miles on my car I know your people are trying to make money with a commission but please don’t tell people they need something they don’t

My experience with Courtesy Hyundai was phenomenal! My son was buying his first car and Frank made the process go very smoothly. He is a gem! He explained everything about the options available for the car as well as how we could save money. Then Mo made the financial end of things pretty much painless and recommended how to do it to allow my son to improve his credit rating. We have not yet taken possession of the vehicle because we have not yet moved to Tampa, but we know the car will be waiting for us on our appointed day and that we will be on the road in record time! Thank you Frank and Mo and Courtesy Hyundai!
