Bought a new Tucson 2025. I used to buy a car in less than an hour. I spent more time in the finance office than getting the price. Totally ridiculous. Signing all the paperwork. Used to be manual for 15 minutes. Now with a computer takes over an hour. I was treated like a moron! Finance person Gunther has an attitude. He should be replaced by someone that has a personality.

Since my car reached 30,000 miles, I visited the service shop. I had a great experience all thanks to Josh. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He took the time to break down each recommended service in a way that was easy to understand, covering everything from fluid checks to brake maintenance, and explaining why each step was important. He also took the time keep me updated and paid for my uber!! Which made the whole experience hassle-free and amazing. Josh's professionalism really stood out, and I left feeling confident in the quality of service I received. I genuinely appreciate his efforts – it made all the difference!

Vehicle shopping for a new vehicle to replace a vehicle lost in a recent flood. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He tended to our needs and was able to answer all our questions. We were satisfied with the price offered based on my research, so we decided to purchase a Palisade on this visit rather than continue shopping at other dealerships.

It was great but the amount of surveys afterwards has been ludicrous.
