Kathleen was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, I spent 3 hours with little to no updates regarding the status of my vehicle. My oil status was not reset (small, I know) and the “wash” was borderline, same with the vacuum. Had I not asked for new wiper blades I’m not sure I would have known service was done on my car.
