It was good, except that the time taken was much more than the time estimate given

I receive excellent service and attention in replacing a rear tire that had a nail in it. I could not have asked for better service.

My initial experience wasn't the best because of a big delay in time from my original appointment, but it was made right with an offer for a free oil change & tank of gas for the inconvenience.

I would like to comment on the professionalism, courtesy and dedication of FAlzeideh who worked with me to resolve issues with my Elantra. While the problem still exist, I think he exhausted his efforts. Unfortunately, due to some family issues, I was unable to return to Courtesy Hyndai to talk with him. Thank you for your courtesy!
