The staff were friendly and cared about me as a customer. My vehicle was there for a long time, due to multiple circumstances, and the member handling my vehicle kept me in the loop the entire time.

Great experience, Kathleen greeted me when I enter the service area and took care of me in a very professional way. She kept me inform on the progress of the services. She acknowledge my concerns and she was very respectful. I usually don’t request anybody when I bring the car for service, but next time I will request Kathleen. Thanks

Have purchased my last 3 vehicles at Courtesy Hyundai. Only dealer I feel comfortable going back to. Bassam Hamdar worked with me to get the car and features I wanted. I moved to Tennessee a year ago, and made sure I worked in a trip to Courtesy on my latest visit to Tampa. Their service department is also top notch, and I miss being able to take my car there for service.

Great service

Jeff Martinez my service advisor did an excellent job servicing my 2011 Sonata. The car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Courtesy at the overnight drop off. Jeff call me early the next morning and told me the car was in the service bay being analysed by the mechanic/service technician. I received the list of required and recomended maintenance and cost of each repair in approximately 2 hours. All repairs were completed by 5:00 PM at the quoted price. Jeff and the technician all deserve a 5 out of 5 rating. My car runs great! Blaise Miller
