Service rep was great making sure we got the services we needed. My only complaint is that it seems your scheduler overbooks or you aren’t set up to differentiate between walk ins and those coming In with appointments. Why bother encouraging setting an appointment if we log in and are taken. as we come in. This is second time I have noticed this type of experience. We came in with an appointment t a week in advance for an oil change and to replace mud flaps and it took a little over 3 hours!!!!

Everything went well at the dealership. Price was as negotiated and car was ready as promised.

Great Service Department Always doing a GREAT job

All individuals I dealt with were friendly and professional. I had a very good experience. I have never turned a leased vehicle in early so some of the presumed difficulties could have been my interpretation. However I think the sales and finance sides of the house need to be on the same page as far as how the payout transaction is to take place.
