Awesome. Little slow even though I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. Took almost 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with my appointment.

I was well treated at the service desk and was taken care of right at my appointed time of 8:40. This is my only comment is that you might want to consider serving some pastries and donuts for the customer lounge during morning hours instead of a bag of chips. They are hardly worthy of morning snacks. Also you might want to offer tea also because not everyone drinks coffee Sun Toyota and Fitzgerald Hyundai have you beat hands down in this category. I don't think this would hurt your budget at all.

Everything was good except for detailing. Detailing was less than one star. When I got home there were wax marks, tape residue and dirt on wheels among other things

The work was done in less time than I was told, so I was pleased.

Got to the dealership before you opened the sales area and Charlie was very happy to help me buy a new car!
