We called on short notice for and engine light warning the day before we were scheduled to leave for a Georgia mini-vacation. We essentially paid for the diagnostic which, among other things, revealed an oil pan problem still covered by warranty. … But my specific complaint is that nobody apparently checked the tires and added any nitrogen. When we left Georgia for home we started the Sonata and got hit with a low tire pressure warning light. The local Hyundai dealership told they could handle it quickly. When we got there, their machine to add air/nitrogen to tires had broken down. We wound up at a tire store to get the problem resolved which took them minutes at no charge. All tolled we lost at least an hour-and-a-half because Courtesy didn't do what it always does when the car is brought in for service, check the tire pressure. Since we bought the Sonata Hybrid from you, all the service on that vehicle has been done by you. I expect the tires to be checked when I bring it in because you always do it … but not this time and gotten bitten for the mistake.

But low and behold, ROBERTO was assigned to us and he was phenomenal. Straight up, honest, and caring..
