The service was quick and painless and I had great assistance!

Everyone treats me great. The only problem is that you guys always find something else that needs done and cost more money.

I did not receive oil change sticker on upper left of windshield but so far everything else good. Technician left car unlocked and didn’t give key to service advisor. My service advisor was EXCELLENT. I am not pleased with the service contracted to take calls, I’d rather speak with service advisors on site to review needed care.

The service tech was attentive to my concerns.

All of the employees were very nice and accommodating.

Wait times are long, at least two hours, even when you have an appointment and its just an oil change.

I had a wonderful experience at Courtesy Hyundai. I live closer to Brandon Hyundai and willingly drive to Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa because they know how to treat their customers. Thank you for fixing the issue with the car I use to regularly transport my children.
