I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a new car on my own. Carter Ingram, my sales associate, truly put my concerns to rest. Carter was professional and friendly. As was the entire personnel at Courtesy Hyndai. Carter took the time to explain all the details of the electronics about my new car and was helpful without being "pushy". I have received service multiple times at this location and this is the 1st time I can say I am satisfied with both the service and representative. After multiple visits I have never actually been greeted until I’m standing around and someone, who was previously doing nothing, asks if I’ve been helped yet. Ben was the 1st service associate I have had the pleasure of working with who was very friendly, knew what he was talking about, and actually wanted to be at work. I would HiGHLY recommend him, and look forward to dealing with him in the future. Additionally, this was also the 1st Visit where I feel that my car was noticeably better than when I brought it in. I typically end up having to come back in after a few days as a result of something being overlooked and a new noise begins.

I walked in with a burning desire to pick up a 2019 Veloster R-Spec. From the moment I walked in Brittany, Jared, Bassam, and the rest of the sales team made me feel warm, welcome, and valued. My situation was not the best and I wasn't sure I would be walking out with my new vehicle, but they worked every angle until we found one that worked. Because of my credit situation my interest is a little higher than most, however they gave me pointers on what I need to do in order to refinance quickly and drop the payments. They found a down payment and payment schedule that would fit my budget, and after nearly a month I am more than satisfied with my purchase!
