The service writer Bob was a lot of help. He helped us get a rental vehicle, got our new engine order quickly and installed, and called us with each new update. Our vehicle was completed in less than a week. We are very pleased with Bob and the rest of the service team. Thank you.

I came in and Mr Austin Porter handled me very well because I recently got a 2018 accent but it had so much issues with it and I talked to him and he said they approved me a 2019 Hyundai Elantra limited no problem for the inconvience I had. Mr porter also got me food since I was there for 9 hours long and he went beyond to do anything to make up the issue I had. He's amazing and should be offered a raise for his superior work 😊
