The service advisor promptly greeted me for my appointment. Everyone, as usual, was very professional and attentive. I would prefer a quieter waiting area option. Finally, with an appointment, I would hope that an oil change and 16-point check of my new vehicle could be done sooner that 2-hours; however, I acknowledge that I may be asking too much. Thus, one star remains for a perfect experience. Thanks for soliciting my feedback.

Courtesy Hyundai Service is the only place I take my Santa Fe Sport for servicing and oil changes. They are prompt and friendly. They only recommend what needs to be done. The waiting room is very nice with complimentary coffee\tea and large screen TVs. I recommend everyone to experience this wonderful service at Courtesy Hyundai.
