Tampa Hyundai does a good job of customer service. Listens to concerns, gives you updates on how things are going. I have had two good experiences there. My only negative comment is that they have house/club/pop music playing throughout the showroom, waiting area and directly over the service intake desks. So, you feel like you need to talk over the club music. Plus I had a long service done and was there for over three hours. Between the TV show that was on and the club music, it was very loud and distracting. So, good experience with the people and service, only negative was irritating music from 8:45 AM - 12:45.

I was seen quickly and was treated with courtesy throughout. I was in and out in less time than I expected. My car was vacuumed and washed as well.

Ben was amazing. I came in to get one thing fixed and he informed me of the recalls that were on my car and I was able to get it all done the same day. In addition I was able to get my car washed and vacuumed. I am very pleased with my service and I would definitely go back.

Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I swore up and down I would not return to any Hyundai dealer for services...had such a bad experience where I bought the car. I will continue to use Courtesy Hyundai which is farther from my home.
